I am a predominantly a documentary wedding photographer, or to use phrases that can also be used Reportage, Candid, Photojournalistic wedding photographer. What my eye sees the camera captures, without interference from myself. I want my pictures to tell the story of your day and I want them to be a true, fun and honest representation of your wedding day, not a contrived version of the events.
I understand that the are certain elements of the day that may require me to get involved such as your requested group shots, I'm more than happy to shoot these and I also do shoot lots of the details. The details are part of your day so they are part of my photography, from the dress to the room sets, but I don't spend hours shooting them and never at the expense of people pictures.
